CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS
Hosts of workshops, training sessions, group discussions and case studies are taken up in the school. In order to ensure that the things learnt in these training sessions do not fizzle out with time, there are certain lead trainers who are entrusted with the responsibility of creating a follow up plan for the teachers of their respective wings so that the latest methodologies are incorporated effectively within the classroom situations.
CIP Workshop
Good Communication skills of teachers are the basic need of academic success of students and professional success of life. CIP also helps the students in developing and strengthening their communication skills by focusing on interpersonal and group communications.

The aim of this workshop is to foster excellence and innovation in education by equipping teachers with basic knowledge and skills about classroom management strategies and how to include them in their education programmes.

DCMI conducted MASP training from 25th Dec. 2020 to 31st Dec. 2020. The Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) programmes recognize global educator visionaries who are using technology to pave the way for their peers for better learning and student outcomes.

The two-day Capacity Building Programme on Joyful Math concluded today at D C Model International School, leaving educators inspired and ready to unlock new possibilities. With esteemed resource persons Mr. Rajan Chhabra and Ms. Neeru Gandhi leading the way, Day 2 was a whirlwind of knowledge and engagement. From an enlightening presentation on Advanced Joyful Math Techniques to captivating case studies, discussions, practical application sessions, and a dynamic Q&A session - it was an unforgettable learning experience! We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Rajan Chhabra and Ms. Neeru Gandhi for their invaluable insights. A special token of gratitude was presented by Principal Mr. Sumesh C. Mr. Jolly Monga, Principal, Shri Roshan Lal Jain S V Mandir Fazilka focused on effective teaching strategies and learning outcomes and how we can create a more engaging and impactful educational experience for students.
Thought-provoking CBSE workshop on “Educating the Parents About Education” was led by Mr. Sukhdev Singh, Principal, SGJ DAV Sr. Sec. Public School, Haripura and Ms. Deepmala Sadhotra, Principal, G.D. Goenka Public School, Hisar Road, Sirsa. The session emphasized the crucial role of parents in holistic student development.
