Hosts of workshops, training sessions, group discussions and case studies are taken up in the school. In order to ensure that the things learnt in these training sessions do not fizzle out with time, there are certain lead trainers who are entrusted with the responsibility of creating a follow up plan for the teachers of their respective wings so that the latest methodologies are incorporated effectively within the classroom situations.

CIP Workshop

Good Communication skills of teachers are the basic need of academic success of students and professional success of life. CIP also helps the students in developing and strengthening their communication skills by focusing on interpersonal and group communications.

The aim of this workshop is to foster excellence and innovation in education by equipping teachers with basic knowledge and skills about classroom management strategies and how to include them in their education programmes.

MASP Trainings

DCMI conducted MASP training from 25th Dec. 2020 to 31^st Dec. 2020. The Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) programmes recognize global educator visionaries who are using technology to pave the way for their peers for better learning and student outcomes.
